Determinist Dance II :dance with Ping Pong balls, balloons, repetition and timeouts
In Determinist Dances a defined set of rules was in place to elicit unique movement from people with no dance or movement training of any kind. In Part II shown above, a fleet of ping pong balls were thrown at the dancers. If they were hit they had to repeat their last motion until they got hit again by a ball. Also, they were collectively responsible for keeping a balloon afloat. If the balloon was allowed to fall to the ground the group had to take a five second timeout.
