Can I Will I? presents an individual who is seemly stuck between two environments that toss her back and forth at whim. Although her geographic free will is lacking, she attempts to gain dominance over her existence by trying to catch an elusive piece of paper. Her efforts never quite pan out as her surroundings and the energy of the unattainable paper itself thwart her attempts to capture the paper long enough to learn of its secrets.
